All orders are shipped overnight Fed-ex express, unless otherwise notified via email or phone of a different delivery method or date. The cost for shipping is calculated based on weight and Fed-ex standardized shipping rates. (Because we have a two business day processing period excluding holidays and weekends in which your order will be harvested and proceed...the next day time period is established after the game birds have been chilled and vacuumed packed.)
Return Policy
Because of the volatility of our products there are no returns. However, Carter's Quail Store does guarantee the quality of our products, and if for any reason the quality has been compromised i.e. spoilage, or contamination, you then must notify us immediately upon receipt of the product to qualify for the replacement of that product. We will replace the product and/or refund your money excluding shipping and handling costs.
